Bob was our agent 15 months ago when he helped us find the perfect condo in Sea Towers Community on the intercostal waters of Madeira Beach .
Due to health reasons and other factors we decided it was best to sell this piece of paradise and move closer to our family and friends over in the Bradenton area.
We were so impressed with Bob that we called him again to list our condo and help us find a new home. He was there every step of the way through many hurdles that faced us.
First a funnel from storm Debbie took the roof off, which caused us to take it off the market for a few weeks until all was repaired. Once again it was back on the market, he showed it to many interested buyers and we came to a settlement with one buyer through Bob's awesome negotiating on price and what we would leave. HOWEVER before closing Hurricane Helene hit damaging all first floor units , beaches and restaurants near by, as well as every car on the property totally destroyed . Our unit was not effected but, needless to say, our buyer became hesitate on moving forward. All units from floor 2 and up to 12 had NO damage, however the grounds looked like a disaster area. The buyer flew down from up north and did another walk though! It was a very stressful time for all of us. Bob had already found us the PERFECT place to move to, which we could not do without selling the condo. (He was very patient and ran around with us to many, many places until we found the perfect one). He was with us every step of the way until finally yesterday we closed on both the condo sale and the purchase of our new property. The stress was unbelievable through the entire process on both seller and buyer sides. Being the professional agent that he is, he kept us all calm throughout the entire process. Bob talked to me daily helping us through the inspections , the financial end of the deal and much more. I would highly recommend Bob for all your real estate needs. I closed on my house a few months ago so I apologize for this late entry but I would like to give my recommendation for Bob as your agent. In my experience, he always returned my calls (texts) quickly, was on time for showings, and took time to explain things I didn't know. I'm a first-time buyer and had lots of questions but Bob kept me informed at every step of the process. We had one deal that I eventually withdrew my offer (buyer's remorse) and a second deal that was perfect but almost didn't happen. The second deal was/is the perfect house for me with everything that was on my list but there was an issue with the final price, the owner still wanted much more than the appraisal. He was in no rush or dire need to sell so he was sticking to his decision. For me, this meant making a final offer and it is accepted, or move on? I made my final offer, which Bob presented and lobbied on my behalf; there was a short time limit on the offer and a lot of nervousness on my part because if this deal failed I was gonna take a break in my search. Bob communicated with the owners several times over this time period, pushing for this sale, knowing I really wanted this house. What he said worked, we made a deal the next day that we put in writing and sealed it, I was elated. He (Bob) was patient, persistent and professional as my agent, I give him 100% and feel that he was upfront and honest with me. Its been a few months and I am still loving the house and its amenities, it was a perfect match.
